Will Sojourn fit your org?

Five questions an admin can answer in a few minutes. Each answer shows what it means for Sojourn. Send the answers to us, or print the page and take it to your team.

Which Salesforce edition is your org on?

Sojourn supports Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer Edition.

Which objects do you want to track?

Case, Lead, and Opportunity need no Flow. Each custom object needs one record-triggered Flow, copied from the template in the package.

Choose all that apply.

Are business hours set up in Salesforce?

Business minutes on every Interval come from business hours, set per org, object, field, or queue. Sojourn uses the org default unless you set others.

Is field history tracking on for the fields you want to track?

Backfill arrives in release 1 and rebuilds past Intervals from field history. Salesforce keeps field history for up to 18 months, and up to 24 months through the API, for up to 20 fields per object. Source: Field History Tracking OverviewSource: Track Object Field History

About how many changes a month do those fields get, across those objects?

Each Interval is a record in your org, so it uses data storage. Sojourn writes about one Interval per change to a tracked field.
