Release 1, in development#
Sprint 2: capture engine (11 October 2026)#
- Automatic capture on Case, Lead, and Opportunity: a save that changes a Tracked field closes the open Interval and opens the next.
- The Sojourn: Capture Change Flow action, for any other object.
- Time with each owner, user or queue, through a Tracked field on the owner.
- Business and calendar minutes on every Interval, with business hours chosen per field, record, queue, object, or org.
- Pause Capture and Paused Since on the Tracked object, for bulk imports.
- The source of every Interval: Trigger, Flow, or Catch-Up.
- Tracking errors instead of failed saves, of type DML, Limit, Config, BusinessHours, or Unknown.
Sprint 1: data model (11 October 2026)#
- Configuration objects: Tracked object and Tracked field, with queue business hours and Goals.
- The Interval object, which records each stay in a value of a Tracked field, with business and calendar minutes.
- Interval summaries, tracking errors, purge runs, and the Interval archive big object.
- Fields Sojourn adds to Case, Lead, and Opportunity.
- Permission sets Sojourn Admin, Sojourn Manager, and Sojourn User, with tabs and the Sojourn app.
- Report types for intervals, joins to Case, Lead, and Opportunity, summaries, Goals, and errors.
Sprint 0: foundation (11 October 2026)#
- Package structure for Sojourn and Sojourn Omni-Channel.
- Org-wide settings in the Sojourn Settings custom setting.
- Continuous integration with Salesforce Code Analyzer and a 90 percent coverage gate.
