Queue Business Hours
The Queue Business Hours object maps a queue to the business hours that apply while the queue owns a record. It holds the Queue Id (required, external ID), Queue Developer Name for import matching, and Business Hours Id (required). Commonly used so overnight and regional queues are measured against their own hours.
