Tracked Object

The Tracked Object object lists each Salesforce object Sojourn watches. It holds the Object API Name (required, external ID), the Active switch, business hours overrides, snapshot fields, live value mappings, closed values, and backfill mode and status. Commonly used by the Sojourn Setup app to enable tracking on Case, Lead, Opportunity, or any custom object.

Backfill Mode	Backfill_Mode__c	Picklist: History, Seed, Fresh	How existing records get intervals when tracking starts. Help text: History imports native field history, Seed opens an interval from current values, Fresh starts empty.
Backfill Status	Backfill_Status__c	Picklist: None, Queued, Running, Complete, Failed	State of the last backfill for this object. Help text: Updated by the backfill job. Run backfill from the Sojourn Setup app.
Business Hours Id	Business_Hours_Id__c	Text (18)	Business hours override for this object; the org default applies when empty. Help text: Business hours used for this object when no field or queue override applies. Empty means the org default.
Business Hours Source Field	Business_Hours_Source_Field__c	Text (255)	Field on the tracked record that holds a Business Hours Id, checked before the object override. Help text: API name of a field on the record that holds a Business Hours Id, for example BusinessHoursId on Case.
Capture Mode	Capture_Mode__c	Picklist: Trigger, Flow	Shows how changes reach Sojourn; the engine does not branch on it. Help text: Case, Lead, and Opportunity use the packaged trigger. Other objects use a Flow cloned from the Sojourn template.
Closed Values	Closed_Values__c	LongTextArea (1000)	Values of the primary status field that mean the record is closed. Help text: Comma-separated values of the primary status field that mean closed, for example Closed, Resolved.
Active	Is_Active__c	Checkbox	Whether Sojourn records intervals for this object. Help text: Sojourn records intervals only for active tracked objects.
Live Owner Minutes Field	Live_Owner_Minutes_Field__c	Text (255)	Number field on the record that Live values writes with business minutes with the current owner. Help text: API name of a Number field on the record. Live values writes business minutes with the current owner to it.
Live State Minutes Field	Live_State_Minutes_Field__c	Text (255)	Number field on the record that Live values writes with business minutes in the current state. Help text: API name of a Number field on the record. Live values writes business minutes in the current state to it.
Live Values Enabled	Live_Values_Enabled__c	Checkbox	Opts this object into the Live values job. Help text: Refresh open intervals and the live fields on every Live values run.
Lookup Field Override	Lookup_Field_Override__c	Text (255)	Chooses which Interval lookup to fill when two lookups target this object. Help text: API name of the lookup on Interval to fill when more than one points at this object.
Name Field	Name_Field__c	Text (255)	Field shown as the record's name on intervals. Help text: Field shown as the record's name on intervals, for example CaseNumber or Name.
Object API Name	Object_API_Name__c	Text (255)	API name of the tracked object, the key the capture engine matches on. Help text: API name of the tracked object, for example Case or Work_Order__c.
Pause Capture	Pause_Capture__c	Checkbox	Pauses live capture for this object during a bulk import; catch-up replays the changes afterwards. Help text: Turn on before a bulk import. Live capture skips this object until you turn it off; then run Catch up.
Paused Since	Paused_Since__c	DateTime	Start of the pause window that catch-up replays. Help text: Set when capture is paused. Catch up replays records changed since this time, then clears it.
Record Type Filter	Record_Type_Filter__c	LongTextArea (1000)	Limits tracking to the listed record types. Help text: Comma-separated record type developer names to track. Empty means all record types.
Snapshot Fields	Snapshot_Fields__c	LongTextArea (1000)	Field API names copied onto each interval for reporting. Help text: Up to five field API names, comma-separated, copied onto each interval as Snapshot 1 to 5.
Status Field	Status_Field__c	Text (255)	API name of the primary status field; Closed Values, goals, and Live values refer to it. Help text: API name of the main status or stage field, for example Status or StageName.
Track Owner	Track_Owner__c	Checkbox	Adds an Owner tracked field automatically so time with each owner is recorded. Help text: Also track time with each owner.
